Heatmiser NeoAir V3 Wireless Smart Thermostat

neoAir V3 is powered by four AAA alkaline batteries, so no mains supply is required at the thermostat position. It can be surface mounted to a wall or used with an optional desk stand, providing flexibility when upgrading or relocating room controls. For multi-zone wet underfloor heating, neoAir V3 pairs wirelessly with the Heatmiser UH8-RF V2 Wiring Centre. The wiring centre then controls the connected 230V manifold actuators, UFH pump, zone valve and heat source. The thermostat can be configured for heating only, timer-only operation or combined heating and hot-water control. Heating programmes can be set to non-programmable, 5/2-day, 7-day or 24-hour operation, with four adjustable comfort levels available each day. Additional functions include optimum start, temperature hold, holiday mode, frost protection, keypad locking and adjustable switching differential. When paired with the Heatmiser neoHub G2, neoAir V3 can be controlled remotely through the neoApp. Users can adjust temperatures, edit schedules and manage multiple heating zones or properties from a compatible mobile device. The neoHub is required for app access but is not required for local thermostat operation. A compatible wireless receiver is still needed to switch the heating system. neoAir V3 includes a built-in air sensor and supports a compatible remote air or floor sensor. When internal air and remote floor sensing are used together, the thermostat can apply an adjustable floor-temperature limit between 20°C and 45°C. The floor-sensor function is intended for monitoring and limiting temperatures within wet heating systems. neoAir V3 must not be used to control electric underfloor heating.
