Heatmiser NeoStat V3 Smart Thermostat – Black 230V

neoStat V3 can be configured as a programmable thermostat, non-programmable thermostat or time clock. Heating schedules can follow a 5/2-day, 7-day or 24-hour programme, with four adjustable comfort levels available each day. Additional functions include self-learning optimum start, temporary temperature hold, holiday mode, frost protection and PIN-protected keypad locking. Optimum start calculates when heating should begin so the target temperature is reached at the programmed time. The thermostat works independently for local heating control, but pairing it with the Heatmiser neoHub G2 enables remote temperature adjustment, scheduling and multi-zone management through the neoApp. Mains-powered neoStat thermostats form a mesh network, allowing each unit to relay communications between compatible Neo devices and extend coverage throughout the property. neoStat V3 includes a built-in air sensor and supports optional remote air or floor sensing. It can operate from the internal air sensor, a remote air sensor, a floor sensor or combined air and floor sensing. When combined sensing is selected, the floor probe can provide an adjustable floor-temperature limit from 20°C to 45°C. The thermostat supports compatible 10K, 12K and 15K probes, including the Ambiente Floor Sensor Probe. This model is intended for wet heating and must not be used to control electric underfloor heating. neoStat V3 operates from a 230V AC supply and has a maximum switching current of 3A. It can be connected to a compatible 230V UFH wiring centre such as the UB10Spin® V2, which coordinates thermostat demand with the connected 230V manifold actuators, pump, zone valve and heat source. The thermostat is designed for flush mounting in a standard electrical back box at least 35mm deep. Installation must be completed by a suitably qualified electrician.
