The King of the Minerals” Magnesium chloride hexahydrate (MgCl2.6H20) is the most soluble and bioavailable natural form of magnesium for cells, requiring no further digestion after dilution. Dissolved magnesium chloride is already in the right form for absorption by tissue cells. It is a TRANSMEMBRANE electrolyte salt which can be absorbed via gut wall in concentration as per spring water, or in larger amounts via bathing and footsoaking.
