NEWS - I’m very happy and proud to announce my story “The Children Factory” was given the Excellence Award at the China Press Photo Contest in the Daily Life Stories category. You can see the pictures here.

NEW STORY & PUBBLICATION - Last December I was in Cairo shooting a story about the poverty stricken informal settlements of the capital city of Egypt. The story is finally available online and is also feautured on Private magazine n.48 along with other photographers’ work on economic inequalities around the globe.

NEWS - The story “The Believers” about the persecuted Christians of Khandamal has received a honorable mention by the Italian Photography Prize.

NEW STORY - Now online the story that I shot last July in Vrindavan, India. There thousands of widows and destitute women gather from all over the country, rejected by their families. Blamed for being the hidden cause of their husbands’ death and therefore casting bad luck over the family, once they are sent away they choose to devote themselves to the worship of Lord Krishna in the holy city where he is believed to have been born.  See the story …
